A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our membership survey this spring! Your insights are incredibly valuable and are directly shaping our future strategy and work.

Here is a look at what we learned and how we are moving forward together:

• Our network is highly active, with 97% of you creating wildlife-friendly habitats and 81% practicing agroforestry. We are incredibly proud that NFFN’s resources have directly supported many of you in introducing or increasing these practices on your farms.

• Your overall satisfaction remains exceptionally high. In particular, 75% of you highly value our monthly newsletter as a core connection point. Best of all, nearly 4 in 5 of you actively recommend NFFN to other farmers - thank you for championing our shared mission!

• You clearly voiced a need for more practical, hands-on resources. 25% of you want to see more farmer-led events, walks, and workshops, and another 25% requested more on-farm implementation guides.

• We hear you loud and clear on the importance of the economic side of farming. Moving forward, we are looking at ways to share more insights on profitability. 

• We recognise that delivering consistent support across all regions and farm sizes is our next big frontier. We are actively exploring ways to build out localised, regional networks and hubs to bring peer-to-peer connection closer to your home farm.

We are already using these findings to guide our upcoming projects and ensure we are delivering the right support to all members, no matter your region, farm size, or how long you have been involved.
