Nutfield Dairy in Surrey is a working example of regenerative, nature-friendly farming. The farm's cow herd plays a vital role in improving soil health and supporting a healthy, functioning ecosystem.
We're delighted to welcome Dr Kelly Jowett from Rothamstead Research as our guest speaker. She will guide us through how dung beetles contribute to:
soil health
nutrient cycling
pest control
pasture health.
The day will be interactive, with a focus on the role of dung beetles in livestock farming systems.
Lunch will be provided.
