Farmers

NFFN has farmer steering groups in each country. Our Chairs and Vice Chairs, alongside individual steering group farmers, can speak on numerous issues impacting farmers on the ground.

We also have a cohort of Farming Champions across the UK who have been media-trained and can speak on sector- or location-specific topics, including farming schemes and policy, climate impacts, habitat restoration, diversifying production, emissions reduction, soil health, pesticide reduction, improving water or air quality, supply chains and transitioning to nature-friendly systems, among others.
